• Minimum 8 years of experience in project, program, or portfolio management.
• Proven experience leading complex IT portfolios across multiple platforms and technologies.
• Strong ability to engage, influence, and build credibility with technical and non-technical audiences.

• Establish and maintain governance frameworks and methodologies.
• Oversee the Customs Solution Design & Delivery technology portfolio across programs and initiatives.
• Define standards for monitoring and tracking of strategic initiatives and risks.
• Coordinate preparation of governance materials and track action items.
