Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional projects and programs from initiation through implementation, ensuring delivery of objectives and stakeholder expectations.
• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, milestones, budgets, risks, and communication strategies.
• Coordinate activities across Safety, Quality, Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Facilities, IT, HR, Finance and external partners.
• Drive operational improvement, automation, manufacturing capacity expansion, digital transformation, and business process improvements.
• Manage dependencies, resources, risks, and issues across multiple initiatives with alignment to priorities.
• Monitor performance with milestones, financial tracking, and business outcome measurements; drive corrective actions.
• Facilitate project reviews, governance forums, steering committee meetings, and leadership updates.
• Lead cross-functional problem-solving and decision-making to remove barriers and maintain momentum.
• Define, standardize, and drive adoption of PMO governance and project management practices.
• Support change management, stakeholder engagement, and implementation activities for sustainable adoption.
