Job summary

Dexcom is seeking an experienced IT/PM leader to drive end-to-end delivery of large cross-functional projects across APAC, EMEA, and US. You will collaborate with business stakeholders, SMEs, and technical teams to shape scope, requirements, and delivery approaches, ensuring regulatory compliance and on-time outcomes.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in IT/Engineering/Business, 8+ years IT experience including 5+ years in project management, and PMP certification (or Agile equivalents)

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• 8+ years of IT experience, including 5+ years of Project or Program Management experience within global organizations.
• PMP certification required or strongly preferred; Agile certifications (PMI-ACP, CSM, SAFe, or equivalent) are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of medium-to-large IT/OT projects across multiple regions.
• Define project scope, requirements, solution approaches, and delivery strategies with stakeholders.
• Manage project lifecycle from planning to transition to support, including budgets and governance.
• Ensure adherence to IT governance, validation, compliance, and regulatory standards.
• Provide guidance and mentoring to junior PMs and team members.
