Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven success leading complex cross-functional projects and programs from planning through implementation.
• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.

• Experience applying project management methodologies (PMO, stage-gate) and governance.
• MBA or advanced degree considered a plus; PMP/PRINCE2/Agile/Scrum certifications valued.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional projects and programs from initiation through implementation to deliver business objectives, timelines and stakeholder expectations.
• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, milestones, budgets, risks, and communication strategies.
• Coordinate activities across Safety, Quality, Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Facilities, IT, HR and Finance to drive alignment.
• Drive operational improvement, automation, manufacturing capacity expansion, digital transformation, and business process improvements.
• Manage dependencies, resources, risks, and issues across initiatives with organizational prioritization in mind.
• Monitor performance with milestones, financial tracking, and business outcome measurements; take corrective actions as needed.
• Facilitate project reviews, governance forums, steering committees, and leadership updates with clear progress visibility.
• Lead cross-functional problem-solving to remove barriers and maintain momentum.
• Define and drive PMO governance, stage-gate processes, reporting standards and execution best practices.
• Support change management and stakeholder engagement for sustainable adoption of outcomes.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Staff Program Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives that drive operational excellence, manufacturing expansion, new product and process introduction. This role is responsible for managing high-impact projects and programs from concept through implementation, ensuring alignment across global, regional and local organizations. The ideal candidate is an exceptional project practitioner with strong project management, stakeholder management, and analytical skills who can successfully deliver multiple projects while balancing scope, schedule, budget, and business Values.

• You lead cross-functional projects and programs from initiation through implementation, ensuring delivery of business objectives, timelines, and stakeholder expectations.
• You develop and manage project plans, schedules, milestones, budgets, risks, and communication strategies to support successful execution.
• You coordinate activities across Safety, Quality, Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Facilities, IT, HR, Finance and external partners to drive alignment and execution.
• You drive operational improvement, automation, manufacturing capacity expansion, digital transformation, and business process improvement initiatives.
• You manage project dependencies, resource requirements, risks, and issues across multiple initiatives while ensuring alignment with site and organizational priorities.
• You monitor project and program performance through key metrics, milestones, financial tracking, and business outcome measurements, driving corrective actions when needed.
• You facilitate project reviews, governance forums, steering committee meetings, and leadership updates, providing clear visibility of progress, risks, decisions, and support requirements.
• You lead cross-functional problem-solving and decision-making efforts to remove execution barriers and maintain project momentum.
• You define, standardize, and drive adoption of PMO governance, project management methodologies, stage-gate processes, reporting standards, and execution best practices across the organization.
• You support change management, stakeholder engagement, organizational readiness, and implementation activities to ensure sustainable adoption of project outcomes.

• You can independently manage multiple projects, competing priorities, and changing business needs while maintaining alignment with organizational objectives.
• You demonstrate strong communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization, including executive leadership.
• You hold PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum, or equivalent project management certifications, Lean Six Sigma and an MBA or advanced degree is considered a plus.
