Job summary

Dexcom's dynamic IT department seeks an experienced Project Manager/PMO lead to steer medium-to-large IT programs across global regions. You will define scope with stakeholders, manage budgets, schedules, and governance, and ensure compliance with validation and quality requirements.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in IT, 5+ in project or program management within global settings, PMP certification, and Agile experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, engineering, business, or a related field.
• 8+ years IT experience, including 5+ years in project or program management within global organizations.
• PMP certification required or strongly preferred; Agile certifications (PMI-ACP, CSM, SAFe) are an advantage.
• Experience operating in regulated environments with validation, compliance, quality, audit, and change control requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of medium-to-large IT projects and programs across global regions.
• Define project scope, requirements, and delivery strategies with stakeholders; manage budgets, schedules, and governance.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, assess risks, and ensure regulatory compliance throughout project lifecycles.
• Mentor junior project managers and contribute to PMO best practices.
