Job summary

Dexcom, Inc. is seeking an experienced IT/OT Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of medium-to-large IT initiatives for APAC, EMEA, and US regions.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, SMEs, and technical teams to shape scope, drive delivery, and ensure on-time, within-budget results. The role requires 8+ years of IT project experience, 5+ years in program management, and PMP certification or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Experience managing medium-to-large IT projects/programs in global orgs.
• PMP certification or strong preference; PMI-ACP/CSM/SAFe is a plus.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams across regions, with strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of IT/OT projects across regions.
• Define scope with stakeholders and SMEs, and plan delivery strategies.
• Drive project execution through all lifecycle phases.
• Develop plans, budgets, risks, and governance artifacts.
• Coordinate activities across functions, vendors, and partners.
• Provide governance, reporting, and escalation as needed.
• Mentor junior PMs and support PMO initiatives.
