• Manage programs (multiple projects per program) of medium complexity; lead cross-functional, global core teams; establish schedules and drive meetings.
• Present and communicate status to business leaders; review customer specifications and provide feedback.
• Plan overall program; monitor progress; drive creation, review and update of the Program Plan/WBS; manage budgets and risks.
• Coordinate projects and interdependencies; align deliverables to program outcomes; maintain main program documentation.
