Responsibilities

• Present and communicate status to business leaders and customers; review customer specifications and provide feedback.
• Plan and monitor the program; create, review, and update the Program Plan/WBS including resources.
• Manage the program lifecycle daily; drive the core team to meet or exceed objectives (cost, quality, schedule, features, supply).
• Define the program governance and controls; manage the program budget and forecast actuals vs plan.
