Job summary

Deliveryhero is seeking a Senior Manager, Product Rollout to align customers, vendors, and rider-experience stakeholders with product teams. You will drive GTM initiatives, consolidate business needs, and build structured business cases for smooth go-to-market execution across regions.

You will partner with cross-functional teams to define problem statements, metrics, and value, while leading rollout playbooks, training materials, and communications to ensure readiness across departments.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in product operations, program management, or related roles in multi-region settings.
• Strong analytical and business acumen to translate insights into recommendations.
• Proven ability to plan, coordinate and execute product rollouts with dependencies.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management with senior-level influence.
• Coaching or leading mid-level/junior specialists is a plus.
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Notion and Asana tools.

Responsibilities

• Engage with local stakeholders and regional teams to gather feedback and feature requests.
• Consolidate input and prioritize opportunities with high impact.
• Translate operational challenges into structured business cases for the product team.
• Drive adoption and utilization of product tools within scope.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to build data-driven business cases.
• Define problem statements, success metrics, and value assessments.
• Present proposals to product leadership for prioritization.
• Lead cross-functional rollout across operations, finance, legal, PR, and marketing.
• Coordinate timelines and resources to ensure readiness across teams.
• Develop deployment playbooks, FAQs, and training materials.
• Act as main contact between product and regional teams; maintain alignment with senior stakeholders.
• Track rollout performance, adoption, and feedback; escalate blockers when needed.
• Co-lead and coach the team; guide daily work and priorities.
