BACTIGUARD ( SOUTH EAST ASIA) SDN. BHD. is seeking a Product Manager to lead the strategic and commercial management of its portfolio across global markets.

You will balance product strategy, market intelligence, and portfolio execution to drive sustainable revenue, margin and market-share growth. Formación

• 3+ years of Product Management / Product Marketing experience, preferably in medical devices, healthcare, life sciences or another regulated industry.
• Demonstrated ability to manage products from strategy through execution, not only campaigns or promotions.
• Strong analytical and strategic-thinking capability, translating data into clear business recommendations.

Responsabilidades

• Own and continuously develop the global product strategy for the portfolio, aligned with company priorities.
• Define portfolio positioning, value propositions, target customer segments, priority procedures, and priority markets.
• Develop annual product plans covering growth, market development, product lifecycle and innovation opportunities.
• Build and maintain a structured global competitive intelligence system covering regional competitors.
• Conduct market segmentation, customer insight gathering, competitor benchmarking and opportunity sizing.
• Own the commercial plan for the portfolio, including revenue growth, market-share development and product profitability.
• Develop business cases for new products, line extensions, market entry and portfolio investments.
• Develop the global commercial toolkit to support distributors and Sales teams, including product presentations, battlecards, FAQs and training.
• Lead product launches and major portfolio initiatives from planning through execution and post-launch review.
• Manage the product lifecycle from introduction through growth, maturity, optimisation and discontinuation
