Boston Scientific Penang seeks an experienced Project Manager to join the PMO. You will lead complex cross-functional projects spanning manufacturing site transfers, capacity expansion, NPI, and readiness activities, from initiation through closure, ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, quality, and financial objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field (Engineering/Science/Operations/Business/PM).
• 10+ years of experience managing complex cross-functional projects in manufacturing/technical environments.
• Proven track record managing scope, schedules, risks, resources, governance, and financials.
• Strong ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills; proficient with MS Office suite.

Responsabilités

• Lead medium-to-large, cross-functional projects from initiation to closure.
• Define scope, objectives, deliverables, milestones, governance, and responsibilities.
• Develop and maintain integrated project plans (schedules, resources, risks, dependencies, financials).
• Coordinate manufacturing site transfers, NPI, capacity expansion, validation, and readiness activities.
• Lead cross-functional teams including Operations, Engineering, Quality, Regulatory, Supply Chain, Finance, Facilities, EHS, R&D.
• Identify risks and issues; develop mitigation plans and escalate where needed.
• Run project meetings, workshops, governance reviews, and sponsor reviews.
• Ensure PMO governance, lifecycle, documentation and reporting compliance.
• Prepare dashboards, status reports, and executive presentations.
