Job summary

MR DIY International is seeking a Regulatory Affairs & Product Compliance professional to ensure products meet local HS codes, import regulations, and international standards across diverse categories. You will liaise with country teams and consultants for approvals, manage certificates and permits, and support import operations.

You will monitor regulatory changes, maintain compliance records, and develop SOPs while participating in project meetings to address issues.

Responsibilities

• Ensure products comply with local HS codes, import regulations, and international standards across household, medical, appliances, F&B, and cosmetics.
• Liaise with local country teams and third-party consultants for quotations, product approvals, and management of compliance certificates, licenses, and permits.
• Collaborate with the import team to resolve issues during the importation process.
• Assist in developing and maintaining SOPs related to product compliance.
• Monitor and report legislative changes, guiding management on regulatory impacts.
• Maintain regulatory files and databases, including reports, licenses, permits, and certificates.
• Manage a tracking system for all compliance-related safety certificates, licenses, permits, and documentation.
• Attend project meetings to provide updates and address compliance issues.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
