MR DIY International is seeking a Senior Executive - Procurement (Asia Pacific) to drive sourcing, purchasing, and supplier management across APAC markets. You will place and track orders, negotiate favorable terms, and safeguard timely delivery of goods.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in English (written & spoken).
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field.
• Prefer 1–3 years of experience in procurement/sourcing/Retailer/FMCG.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel/PowerPoint/Word).
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving ability.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Strong communication, planning, coordination and monitoring skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Source and purchase products in line with company requirements.
• Negotiate contracts, prices, and terms with suppliers to achieve cost savings.
• Place and track purchase orders to ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Identify, evaluate, and build relationships with new and existing suppliers.
• Monitor supplier performance regarding quality, delivery, and pricing.
• Resolve issues related to delayed shipments, discrepancies, or defective goods.
• Liaise with vendors on export documentation and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Coordinate with support team on freight forwarders and export matters.
