Job summary

BP PLC is seeking a Supplier Manager to drive supplier performance and strengthen partnerships across the supply chain. You will coordinate with bp teams to align on strategic goals and lead governance with executives to ensure value creation.

The role requires deep procurement expertise, cross-cultural collaboration, and resilience in a complex, international environment. A strong focus on risk management and contract execution will be essential.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in procurement or business or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years in Indirect Procurement is required.
• Ability to communicate and influence across different levels in the organisation.
• Experience working cross-culturally in international environments.

Responsibilities

• Maintain close collaboration with key suppliers and ensure performance against contracts.
• Develop Executive Sponsor relationships for strategic suppliers.
• Lead governance discussions with executive sponsors on progress and results.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (finance, legal, procurement) to optimize supplier value.
• Manage supplier risk and drive continuous improvement in vendor performance.
