Job summary

Experian, a global data and technology company, seeks a Procurement Graduate Associate in Cyberjaya, Malaysia. You will build a foundation in procurement operations by supporting administration, supplier onboarding, requisitions and orders, reporting, governance and continuous improvement.

With structured coaching, you will collaborate with global stakeholders and report to the Procurement Operations Manager, developing skills for a long-term career in procurement analytics or process

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in procurement or related field.
• Fresh candidate with up to two years of experience, internships allowed.
• Excellent English written and spoken.
• Experience with Excel/PowerPoint for data analysis and reporting; exposure to Tableau/Power Platform is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support procurement administration activities and processes across the hub.
• Assist with supplier onboarding, requisitions, purchase orders and contracts.
• Provide progress updates and collaborate with stakeholders across countries.
• Maintain procurement trackers, reports, and ensure data accuracy.
• Uphold policies, controls and documentation; drive improvements and automation.
• Identify recurring issues and support root-cause analysis and testing.
