Job summary

IBM Finance & Operations is seeking a Helpdesk/Service Desk professional to support procurement and accounts payable inquiries. You will manage tickets, guide stakeholders, and resolve process-related issues across a global environment.

The role requires 0–2 years in related work, strong communication, and familiarity with major procurement systems. Based in Malaysia with a dynamic, collaborative culture.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience in Helpdesk or Shared Services environments.
• Experience with ServiceNow, Ariba, SAP, Coupa, Oracle or related systems.
• Strong customer service and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience handling ticket queues and SLA-driven environments.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for procurement and accounts payable inquiries via email, tickets, chat or phone.
• Manage and resolve user requests, service tickets, and process-related queries.
• Log, track, and monitor incidents through ticket systems until resolution.
• Provide guidance on procurement processes, policies, and workflows.
• Collaborate with global stakeholders across regions to ensure timely issue resolution.
