Job summary

Airswift is seeking a Global Procurement Digital Excellence Manager to lead a procurement digital transformation under a 6-month contract. Hybrid work arrangement with 3 days in the office and 2 days from home.

You will drive the end-to-end procurement digital ecosystem, align with IT, and ensure data-driven decision making to improve efficiency and compliance. Responsibilities cover strategy, user-story development, stakeholder coaching, and AI adoption to modernize Procure-to-Pay processes

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Information Systems, Business, or equivalent relevant professional experience.

Responsibilities

Lead the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the procurement digital ecosystem.
Develop user stories and benefit cases for new features.
Collaborate with IT to translate requirements into technical solutions.
Use data-led insights to manage demand and prioritize changes.
Incorporate regional legal, tax, and market requirements for global standardization.
Drive disruptive improvements across sourcing, purchasing, and Procure-to-Pay.
Ensure systems enable efficient working capital management and payment accuracy.
