Job summary

Airswift in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Global Procurement Digital Excellence Manager to drive digital transformation across procurement processes and systems. You will lead design, deployment, and optimization of SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, and SAP Ariba, while partnering with IT and business teams to deliver innovative solutions.

You will gather business requirements, translate them into system enhancements, and lead change management, training, and adoption initiatives to achieve improved efficiency

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; business/IT mix is a plus.
• Postgraduate procurement qualification is advantageous.
• Experience supporting or leading ERP/S2P implementations and digital transformations.

Global Procurement Digital Excellence Manager Role Overview

The Global Procurement Digital Excellence Manager is responsible for driving digital transformation across procurement processes and systems. The role focuses on improving efficiency, compliance, and user experience by managing procurement technologies, leading process improvements, and partnering with business and IT stakeholders to deliver innovative digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and enhance procurement systems such as SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, and SAP Ariba.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into system enhancements and user stories.
• Drive process improvements across sourcing, purchasing, and Procure-to-Pay activities.
• Collaborate with IT and business teams to design, implement, and support digital solutions.
• Lead change management, user adoption, and training initiatives for new systems and processes.
• Monitor system performance, identify improvement opportunities, and manage enhancement roadmaps.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders and suppliers to support procurement objectives.
• Explore and implement AI and automation opportunities to improve procurement efficiency and decision-making.

Requirements

• Education Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Professional or postgraduate qualifications in Procurement are an advantage.

Experience & Skills

• Strong understanding of Source-to-Pay (S2P) and procurement processes.
• Experience with ERP and procurement platforms such as SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, and SAP Ariba.
• Proven experience supporting or leading ERP/S2P implementations and digital transformation initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience working in complex, multinational environments.
• Knowledge of SAP Materials Management (MM) is an added advantage.
