Job summary

DHL Express Malaysia is seeking a pricing analytics specialist to drive pricing governance across customer segments and support profitable growth. You will analyze RFQs, bid opportunities, and profitability simulations, collaborating with sales and operations to deliver data-driven pricing decisions.

The role requires 2–4 years in pricing or analytics, strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables, Power Query) and familiarity with BI tools like Power BI. Experience in logistics is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in Pricing, Commercial Analytics, Finance or Revenue Management
• Experience in logistics/express industry is advantageous
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot Tables, Power Query)
• Experience with Power BI or similar BI tools preferred

Responsibilities

• Implement DHL Express pricing strategies across customer segments to support profitable growth
• Analyze RFQs, spot quotes, and pricing requests to balance competitiveness and profitability
• Lead pricing strategy discussions for bid opportunities with data-driven justification
• Review profitability simulations and rate levels for opportunities and propose recommendations
• Support strategic pricing projects (GPI, loss-maker programs, Ship-to-Agreement reviews)
• Provide general pricing support including system support, billing errors, and ad-hoc reports
