Job summary

Cisco's Global Manufacturing Operations is seeking a Product Supply Lead to drive end-to-end supply chain activities for Catalyst Switching Product Families, collaborating with EMS partners, regional teams, and sales to balance demand and secure lead times. You will influence PLM inputs and manage KPIs that affect customer delivery performance.

You will analyze metrics, manage inventory commitments, optimize lead times, and lead cross-functional problem solving to deliver reliable fulfillment

Qualifications

• BA/BS or higher with 10+ years experience in supply planning or related fields.
• Strong analytical skills covering Demand Planning and S&OP.
• Deep knowledge of supply chain processes and execution.
• Expert MS Office proficiency: Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, etc.
• Fluent English language skills.

Responsibilities

• Material Shortage Gap Reduction through cross-functional collaboration.
• Inventory- leadership of cross-org OPT/Inventory Commit process.
• LCA optimization considering freight modes and network footprint.
• Analytical support for logistics, buffers, and recovery actions.
• Develop OPT/BU Strategic Plans and track metrics like LAS and LTI.
• Lead root-cause analysis for delivery and fulfillment issues.
