Qualifications

• 3–5 years payroll operations knowledge or HR/Payroll experience; multinational exposure a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure payroll compliance across assigned countries.
• Oversee end-to-end payroll operations with timely filings (monthly, quarterly, and annual).
• Drive process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance payroll efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Govern vendor performance against SLAs, ensuring quality and accountability.
• Lead regular reviews with payroll vendors to address gaps and improve service delivery.
• Manage payroll vendors to ensure outputs are accurate and delivered on schedule.
• Validate payroll testing results for new compensation & benefits programs and statutory changes.
• Support audits with proper documentation, controls, approvals, and validation processes.
• Lead investigation and resolution of payroll issues with root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
