Job summary

SD Guthrie Berhad is seeking a Payroll Transformation Specialist to lead payroll validation across 11 countries and support the SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA migration. You will coordinate with Payroll, HRIS, and country teams to ensure accurate payroll processing and data integrity.

The role requires strong APAC payroll knowledge, experience with Workday integration files, and vendor coordination for HR services transition. A Bachelor’s degree and relevant migration experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience in payroll migration or transformation projects.
• Hands-on in payroll operations and HR services.
• Experience with multi-country payroll operations, especially APAC.
• Familiarity with UT, SIT, UAT, and parallel run testing.
• Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA payroll or SAP payroll migration.

Responsibilities

• Review payroll information for accuracy across 11 countries.
• Validate payroll formulas, pay items, and rules.
• Identify and resolve payroll data errors.
• Support SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA migration validation.
• Review Workday integration files and data mapping.
• Coordinate HR services transition between providers.
• Ensure documentation and audit trails are complete.
• Monitor vendor performance and escalate issues.
