Qualifications

• Must have strong knowledge of payroll processes and regional payroll.
• Must have knowledge of payroll tax and HR laws/regulations.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in payroll auditing.
• Strong ethical standards and ability to handle confidential data.
• BS or BA degree in relevant field and 3–5 years relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end payroll processing for Malaysia, Singapore, Turkey and Indonesia, plus year-end tax reporting and vendor management (Dayforce).
• Prepare and process weekly and monthly payroll runs with gross-to-net calculations.
• Investigate and correct payroll data errors before finalization.
• Handle adjustments for terminated employees and settlements.
• Collaborate with HR and Finance; manage inquiries and ensure SLA adherence.
