Job summary

Razer Inc. is seeking a Merchant Onboarding Specialist for our payment gateway to ensure seamless onboarding of merchants and ongoing support to optimize payment processing.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams across Compliance, Risk, Sales, and Engineering to drive onboarding efficiency and accuracy. You will manage inquiries via Freshdesk, review KYC, coordinate with Underwriting, and explore AI-enabled automation to improve processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Business, Finance, IT or related field.
• Diploma holders with relevant experience will be considered.
• Experience in merchant operations, payment processing, or related fields preferred.
• Understanding of PCI-DSS compliance is a plus.
• Strong data analysis skills and ability to derive actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Merchant Support: respond to inquiries, guide onboarding, monitor progress, document interactions, improve FAQs.
• Operational Support: review applications, ensure accuracy/compliance, coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Technical Issue Resolution: assist with onboarding tech issues, configuration, API requirements, and testing.
• Collaboration and Knowledge Sharing: work with Sales, Compliance, Product, Engineering, and QA; contribute to SOPs and AI initiatives.
