Job summary

Nexus Global Operator (NGO) seeks a Chief Information Security Officer to shape global cybersecurity strategy for a cross-border payments platform. You will lead security governance, risk oversight, and regulatory readiness while partnering with the CTO to secure scalable, resilient technology across markets.

As a senior leader, you will drive Zero Trust, DevSecOps maturity, and security modernization, guiding enterprise security priorities and incident response for mission-critical payment

Qualifications

• 15+ years in cybersecurity, with 7–10 years in senior leadership roles.
• Proven experience in payments, banking, fintech, or critical infrastructure.
• Experience partnering with CTO/engineering organizations.
• Experience building security capabilities in regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Serve as principal cybersecurity advisor to the CEO and Board.
• Define governance and reporting frameworks for enterprise security.
• Lead global security strategy, risk management, and regulatory readiness.
• Collaborate with CTO/Engineering to secure platform delivery and architecture.
• Oversee security operations, incident response, and resilience programs.
