Job summary

foodpanda is seeking an Operations Excellence Program Manager to drive scalable service transformation across 17 markets in APAC, Europe, and Turkey. You will lead and enable cross-functional teams to execute large-scale programs improving operations, cost efficiency, and customer, rider, and vendor experiences.

In this role, you’ll develop goals and milestones, manage timelines, risks, and resources, and report KPI-driven progress to leadership.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in program management, operations, or process optimisation.
• Experience delivering complex cross-market initiatives and program governance.
• Strong data analysis skills to drive decision making.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-impact programs improving operational efficiency and customer, rider, and vendor experience.
• Define goals, milestones, and success criteria for initiatives across markets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage timelines, risks, and resources.
• Track progress with KPIs and provide executive updates and recommendations.
• Mentor teams and promote best practices across the CX & Service Ops organisation.
