Responsibilities

• Lead the global OE data generation team to deliver accurate, efficient OE data.
• Act as the primary interface between global stakeholders and the OE data team.
• Plan, assign, and manage tasks, projects, and priorities across the team.
• Drive standardization and continuous improvement for OE data collection and validation.
• Lead project planning, define milestones, and monitor timelines for OE data initiatives.
• Analyze workload capacity and identify opportunities for process efficiency.
• Prepare and present regular status updates, dashboards, and insights to senior management.
