Job summary

Toll Group is seeking a detail-focused Global Master Data Officer to join the Finance team in Malaysia. The role centers on creating and maintaining vendor, customer, and master data with accuracy, supporting period-end close, and ensuring policy compliance.

Candidate should have 1–3 years in master data or related finance operations, SAP experience preferred, and strong Excel skills. The position is on-site in Bayan Lepas, Penang, Malaysia.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance or related field.
• 1–3 years in master data, finance ops, shared services or similar admin role.
• Experience with SAP or other ERP systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain Vendor, Customer, and Master Data with high accuracy.
• Verify requests, DOA, and supporting documents before processing data.
• Ensure data reflects business requirements and adheres to naming/address standards.
• Update and maintain Desktop Procedures (DTP) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
• Perform period-end close activities in SAP within established timelines.
• Support audits with accurate documentation and responses to requests.
• Meet KPIs and SLAs while delivering high-quality service.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve master data issues and perform ad-hoc duties.
