Job summary

Toll Group in Malaysia is seeking a Global Master Data Officer to maintain accurate vendor, customer and master data, support period-end close in SAP, and ensure compliance with policies.

You will work with the Finance team to deliver timely data updates, assist audits, and drive data quality across ERP systems while collaborating with internal stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related.
• 1–3 years of experience in Master Data or Finance operations.
• Experience with SAP or ERP systems is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data validation.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain Vendor, Customer, and Master Data with accuracy.
• Verify information and approvals before processing master data requests.
• Ensure data reflects business requirements and standards.
• Support period-end close and SAP cut-offs.
• Assist audits with documentation and responses.
• Meet KPIs and SLAs while delivering high-quality service.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve data issues.
