Job summary

ZF SALES AND SERVICE (MALAYSIA) SDN BHD is seeking a data and process leader to drive governance and operational excellence for global OE data and Catalog operations. You will standardize processes, monitor KPIs, and support continuous improvement across regions.

In this role, you will collaborate with cross‑functional teams, manage documentation, and ensure data accuracy and compliance with global standards. A strong background in ERP and data management tools is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Information Systems, Data Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in operational excellence, process management, catalog management, or product/master data management.
• Experience in global or regional shared services environments preferred.
• Knowledge of ERP systems, product data management tools, and reporting platforms.
• Understanding of OE & Catalog data governance principles, automotive industry, and IAM products.
• Experience with process management and workflow tools.

Reporting to Head of Global Catalog & OE Data, the incumbent drives governance, operational excellence, and product data quality for global OE and Catalog operations by standardizing processes, improving operational performance, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives across regions.

Key responsibilities

Establish and maintain governance frameworks, standards, and best practices for OE data research & Catalog operations.

Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, quality, and performance.
