Job summary

Motorola Solutions in Malaysia is seeking a People Manager to lead the Supply Chain NPI Program Management team, driving multiple complex end-to-end programs from kickoff to completion.

You will mentor 3–5 junior program managers, escalate roadblocks, partner with executives, and manage CAPEX budgeting while tracking health, schedule, and costs. This role demands strong communication and adaptability across time zones.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Supply Chain, Engineering or related field (MBA preferred).
• PM certification and Change Management/Agile/Six Sigma or Lean.
• 12+ years of leadership experience with global organisations on large-scale programs.
• Excellent communication and English fluency at all levels.
• Willingness to work across multiple time zones and travel 10-25%.
• Proficient in Google Suites, Oracle, Tableau, AI Gemini, and ChatGPT.

Responsibilities

• Lead 3-5 junior program managers to deliver complex end-to-end programs.
• Escalation point for roadblocks; design mitigation across product lines.
• Liaise with executive leadership; consolidate data into dashboards on health, budget, and timeline.
• Oversee CAPEX budgeting and variance analysis to meet cost goals.
• Audit end-to-end processes; lead Lessons Learned sessions for improvements.
• Drive change management to adapt to evolving transformations.
