Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in Supply Chain, Engineering or related discipline.
- MBA preferred or equivalent managerial experience.
- PM Certification or training in Change Management, Agile, Six Sigma or Lean.
Responsibilities
- Lead 3-5 junior program managers to complete complex end-to-end programs.
- Serve as escalation point for roadblocks and design mitigation for cross-product line issues.
- Liaise between PM team and executive leadership; consolidate data into dashboards on health, budget, and timelines.
- Oversee CAPEX budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis for NPI launches.
- Audit end-to-end processes; lead Lessons Learned sessions for continuous improvement.
- Drive change management to support organizational transformation.
