Job summary

Mammoet is seeking a Global Mobility & Talent Capability Lead in Malaysia (Pasir Gudang/JB and Kuala Lumpur) to oversee international employee mobility governance and drive capability development aligned with business strategy.

The role ensures compliance with immigration, tax, and regulatory requirements while shaping leadership pipelines and workforce readiness for regional initiatives.

Qualifications

• 10-15 years HR experience with strong global mobility exposure.
• Deep knowledge of international mobility compliance (immigration, tax, relocation governance).
• Experience working with multi-jurisdiction / cross-country workforce environments.
• Willingness to learn and develop talent capability expertise.

Responsibilities

• Oversee global mobility governance to ensure compliance with immigration, tax, and employment regulations across jurisdictions.
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders on mobility and regulatory matters.
• Lead development of organizational capability frameworks aligned with business priorities.
• Integrate capability development into talent management and workforce planning processes.
