Job summary

Daikin Malaysia Sdn Bhd seeks an International Assignees Coordinator to oversee global mobility services, office support, and corporate hospitality in Sungai Buloh. You will act as a bridge between assignees, local staff, and management to ensure smooth communication and a high level of service.

Responsibilities include visa processing, flight bookings, housing, onboarding, and orientation, with liaison to government agencies and external providers. Travel may be required to support assignments.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree with CGPA 3.0/2nd class upper.
• Fluent in English and Japanese; Bahasa Malaysia a bonus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with attention to detail.
• Willing to travel overseas when required.

Responsibilities

• Manage International Assignees administration, office services, and hospitality.
• Provide relocation support: visa processing, flights, housing, onboarding, orientation.
• Liaise with government agencies, embassies, and service providers.
• Assist COO and SVP with schedules, events, meetings, and documentation.
• Handle inquiries with professionalism, confidentiality, and responsiveness.
• Maintain records compliant with ISO standards and immigration regulations.
