Job summary

Arcondis Group seeks a Mendix Application Support Specialist to join a global team. The role emphasizes troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and maintaining health of Mendix-based applications rather than building from scratch.

You will operate as the SME for Mendix, mentor the team, and coordinate with client developers and stakeholders to ensure high availability and compliance through a rotating on-call schedule.

Qualifications

• Mendix Platform expertise with focus on Microflows, Domain Models and architecture.
• Java proficiency to read, debug and troubleshoot code and Mendix Java actions.
• Log and performance analysis using JVM logs and traces.
• API integration concepts (REST/JSON/OData) and data exchange troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with ITSM/ITIL processes (Incidents, Change).
• Strong communication in English with global teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert L2/L3 Mendix support for enterprise solutions.
• Mentor the global Mendix team as SME.
• Perform deep-dive troubleshooting and root-cause analysis for complex incidents.
• Debug Mendix Runtime, Java actions, and stack traces to fix issues.
• Analyze Microflows, Domain Models, and XPath queries for logic errors.
• Support integrations via REST, SOAP, and middleware (e.g., SAP PI, MuleSoft).
• Resolve authentication issues with SSO providers (Okta, AD).
• Collaborate with stakeholders and Mendix developers to propose fixes.
• Document findings and workarounds in the Knowledge Base.
• Adhere to Change Management and compliance protocols.
