Job summary

Orangeleaf Consulting is seeking an experienced L3 Support Engineer to lead the resolution of complex Mendix client issues and small change requests. You will own client relationships, budgets, and SLA commitments end-to-end, and act as senior technical owner of managed support engagements.

You will investigate bugs, perform code-level fixes in Mendix, deploy to production, and coordinate small CRs with clients and internal delivery teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Application Support, Software Development, or IT Operations, including code-level fixes.
• Hands-on Mendix development/troubleshooting experience is required.
• Experience coordinating deployments in a live client environment.
• Excellent English communication and ability to manage client relationships.
• Experience tracking budgets, effort estimates, and approvals for tickets.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the senior escalation point (L3) for incidents and CRs on the Mendix platform.
• Investigate, perform root-cause analysis, and implement code changes to resolve issues.
• Coordinate and execute deployments, ensuring no disruption to client projects.
• Provide accurate effort estimates and manage budget approvals with clients.
• Maintain status updates with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Log, track, and report on effort, budget, and approvals in the ticketing system.
• Deliver documentation, change logs, and knowledge base articles.
