Job summary

Axel Health Group is seeking a Medical Travel Manager to oversee Asia-based medical tourism programs, working with hospitals, insurers, travel partners to deliver seamless international patient experiences. You will lead a concierge team, manage logistics, coordinate with clinical teams, and ensure regulatory compliance with PDPA and MOH Malaysia, while guiding strategic partnerships and budgets.

• Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Administration, Hospitality/Tourism Management, Business Administration, International Relations, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the international patient concierge team to ensure a seamless, world-class experience from pre-arrival to post-treatment.
• Oversee end-to-end logistics for medical travelers including medical visa support, transfers, accommodation, translation services and local travel logistics.
• Coordinate with clinical teams, hospital partners and physicians to facilitate second opinions, cost estimations and treatment scheduling.
