Job summary

Toll Group in Malaysia is seeking a detail-oriented Global Master Data Officer to join our Finance team. This role focuses on creating and maintaining vendor, customer, and master data with high accuracy, supporting period-end close in SAP, and ensuring compliance with company policies and standards.

You will verify requests, update SOPs, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve data issues in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related discipline.
1–3 years of experience in Master Data or Finance Operations.
Experience with SAP or other ERP systems preferred.
Strong data validation and attention to detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

Create and maintain Vendor, Customer, and Master Data with accuracy.
Verify requests, DOA, and supporting documents before processing data.
Ensure data reflects business requirements and adheres to naming/address standards.
Update Desktop Procedures and SOPs for process changes.
Support period-end close activities in SAP within deadlines.
Assist audits with accurate documentation and responses.
Meet KPIs and SLAs while delivering high-quality service.
Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve data issues.
