Job summary

AstraZeneca in Malaysia is hiring for a Data Management Team member within Global Business Service Data Office (GDO) to process master data and support finance reporting. The role focuses on transaction processing, quality delivery and adherence to KPIs and SLAs.

You will handle master data requests, resolve basic inquiries, contribute to process documentation, and work with internal customers across geographies.

Qualifications

• Degree in Commerce or equivalent is required.
• 1-2 years of accounting work experience.
• Fresh graduates and part-time ACCA/CIMA candidates encouraged.
• Knowledge of SAP, Oracle or other ERP adds value.
• Experience in a shared service center is a plus.
• Good communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Deliver accurate master data processing and maintain data in systems.
• Respond to Local Country inquiries for DMT and meet SLA.
• Prepare and update process documentation.
• Collaborate with internal customers and stakeholders.
• Support team lead and help new joiners.
