Job summary

Roche seeks a dedicated Enterprise Master Data Management Operations Business Analyst in Malaysia to support data quality, lifecycle management and governance processes. You will engage with multiple IT teams, ensure service levels, and contribute to data cleansing and automation initiatives across Finance, Procurement, Sales and Supply Chain.

The role demands strong English communication, the ability to work independently or in a team, and prior master data or project experience.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years Master Data management experience desirable.
• Strong communication in English, written and spoken.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• SAP experience across FI, MM, CO, SD modules desirable.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming incidents for Roche Affiliates and IT teams.
• Provide 2nd level evaluation of user requests per ITIL priorities.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions with IT teams.
• Analyze and redesign business and system processes to improve efficiency.
