AstraZeneca in Malaysia is hiring for a Data Management Team member within Global Business Service Data Office (GDO) to process master data and support finance reporting. The role focuses on transaction processing, quality delivery and adherence to KPIs and SLAs.
You will handle master data requests, resolve basic inquiries, contribute to process documentation, and work with internal customers across geographies.

Global Business Service Data Office (GDO) mission is to provide accessible, robust data services within Finance to make it a work class data driven function contributing to AstraZeneca’s ability to deliver life-changing medicines. As an operational arm of GBS Data Office, the Data Management Team (DMT) is responsible for data maintenance in the systems of record within Finance. This covers the creating, amending, and blocking of core master data objects to support our business processes and reporting solution. The team is offering global support across geographies to response to requests and to process them in a timely manner and efficient way.
As the successful role holder, the person carries out transaction processing activities within a specified process area to meet the needs of both internal and external customers in accordance with agreed service levels and in compliance with internal controls and procedures.
It is crucial the role holder ensure quality and accurate delivery of services within agreed key performance indicators (KPIs) and as defined in the Service Level Agreement (SLA), support process improvement initiatives as outlined in team scorecard and perform day to day master data activities according to well-defined guidelines.
