Wilhelmsen Ship Management is seeking a Finance Manager/Financial Controller to oversee daily accounting, ensure accurate financial reporting, and drive budgeting and forecasting for the organization. You will manage accounting functions, ensure IFRS compliance, and collaborate with groups on tax and statutory reporting.

Ideal candidates have strong ERP experience, proficiency in financial systems, and a proven ability to translate data into strategic business insights.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting & Finance or related field.
• Professional accounting qualifications are an advantage.
• Proven experience in a Finance Manager, Financial Controller or equivalent role.
• Experience in high-volume transaction, services, technology, maritime or other complex environment is advantageous.
• Strong experience in financial accounting, reporting, budgeting, forecasting and financial controls.
• Experience establishing or improving finance processes and implementing ERP/financial systems.
• Experience managing reconciliations, accounts receivable/payable and cash flow.
• Strong IFRS knowledge and tax/compliance understanding.
• Proven ability to translate financial information into business insights.

Aufgaben

• Oversee day-to-day financial accounting activities including AR/AP, billing, collections, payments, and reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly financial reporting: P&L, balance sheet, cash flow.
• Monitor cash flow, working capital and financial planning.
• Develop and improve end-to-end finance processes and workflows.
• Ensure internal controls, compliance with IFRS, tax and statutory requirements.
• Coordinate with Group Tax and external auditors; support statutory audits.
