Job summary

Nokia Solutions and Networks Sdn Bhd invites a seasoned Supply Chain Program Manager to drive mass production readiness for Optical/EM hardware. You will partner with R&D, PLMs, Procurement, Engineering, Compliance Certification and Logistics across multiple countries to ensure on-time program milestones.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of relevant experience, or a Master's with 3+ years.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of supply chain and manufacturing operations in mass production of optical/electro-mechanical hardware.
• Experience with PDM/ERP/APS/MES and related planning and costing processes.

Responsibilities

• Organize and lead change boards to review and implement engineering changes (ECN, variances, deviations).
• Manage phase-in/phase-out of new variants of existing products.
• Resolve operational issues in cross-functional teams to support program schedule.
• Stabilize manufacturing processes and drive cross-functional tiger teams to improve yield.
• Lead product transfers between EMS partners and internal factories.
• Prepare content for lifecycle milestone reviews and approvals, and manage project plans.
