Job summary

MR DIY International seeks a Logistics Systems Analyst to support digitalization initiatives within the GTPC department, acting as the bridge between operations, IT, and external vendors. You will gather requirements, craft solution designs, and coordinate implementations to automate trade and compliance workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field (Supply Chain Management, BIS, CS).
• 2-3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Project Coordinator, or Systems Analyst.
• Experience with ERP, GTM, TMS, MRP, or WMS implementations is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with global trade, customs, import/export, or product compliance processes.
• Skilled in documenting User Stories, Functional Requirements, and UAT scripts.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyse, and document business requirements for global trade and product compliance processes.
• Translate regulatory and operational needs into functional specs and user stories for tech teams.
• Collaborate with IT and system vendors to design and evaluate system capabilities for business objectives.
• Create mock-ups and decision flows to visualize digital solutions for stakeholder buy-in.
• Coordinate system configurations, track deliverables, risks, and timelines to keep projects on track.
• Provide training, hyper-care support post-implementation, and maintain audit-ready documentation.
• Develop user manuals and conduct system-centric training to improve adoption.
