Job summary

MR DIY International is seeking a Logistics Process Analyst to drive efficiency in Global Trade & Product Compliance. You will map end-to-end processes, identify waste, and standardize practices across markets while supporting digital transitions and training within the GTPC team.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 2–5 years of experience in process optimization, with strong lean and agile mindset to improve operations and compliance across international stores.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Supply Chain, Business, International Trade, Engineering or similar).
• 2-5 years in process optimization or operational excellence roles.

Responsibilities

• Map and maintain end-to-end global trade and product compliance processes (import/export, documentation).
• Identify bottlenecks, redundancies and gaps through deep-dive analyses.
• Lead targeted improvement projects using Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, Agile or PDCA.
• Standardize trade management practices across markets and develop SOPs and control checklists.
