Job summary

MR DIY International is seeking an Assistant Manager - Business System and Process Analyst to bridge operations and technology, supporting Warehouse Management System (WMS) initiatives and broader internal system improvement projects.

This role works closely with the System Solutions Manager and cross-functional stakeholders to analyse business requirements, optimise operational workflows, and implement scalable system solutions that improve efficiency, data visibility, and organisational

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
2-3 years of experience as a Business/System Analyst or similar role.
Experience in WMS, ERP, logistics, supply chain, or operational systems is highly preferred.
Familiarity with SQL, database concepts, data mapping, and system integration.
Experience in system implementation projects from requirement gathering through deployment.

Responsibilities

Analyse business requirements and document them for system solutions.
Translate business needs into functional specifications and system requirements.
Support implementation, customization, and enhancement of WMS and other internal systems.
Coordinate system testing activities including UAT and validation with end users.
Develop and maintain operational reports, dashboards, and data visualization tools.
Ensure systems align with operational objectives and compliance requirements.
