Job summary

MR DIY International seeks a Digital Transformation Project Manager to own end-to-end delivery of our digital initiatives—from mobile app to e-commerce and enterprise systems.

You will translate business and technical requirements into delivery plans, manage risks, and coordinate cross-functional teams across markets, ensuring on-scope, on-time, and on-budget outcomes.

This role offers exposure to a global retail platform and the chance to lead complex programs in a fast-growing company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IS/Engineering/Business or related field.
• 5–8 years managing software or digital/IT projects end-to-end.
• Proven track record delivering software projects on time and within budget.
• Experience maintaining risk registers and issue logs.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum and Waterfall delivery methods.
• Experience managing vendors and QA teams.
• Experience with change management for software rollouts.
• PM certification preferred.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and review business cases with ROI and costing.
• Plan and drive delivery with project plans and schedules.
• Manage scope, schedule, and budget; track variances.
• Coordinate cross-functional delivery across teams.
• Ensure testing and go-live readiness with exit criteria.
• Uphold governance and compliance through stage-gate.
• Lead change management including training readiness.
