Job summary

bp is seeking a senior procurement professional to support the FBT Procurement group in sourcing, contracting and supplier management across multiple regions. You will work within global processes to optimize costs and drive value through contract terms, category guidance and JV considerations.

The role requires extensive experience in end-to-end sourcing, complex negotiations and stakeholder management, with a focus on logistics and multinational environments.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in end-to-end sourcing and contracting of services and commodities.
• Experience in logistics sourcing (5+ years)
• Track record of supply chain delivery in international contexts and joint ventures.
• Ability to collaborate across cultures and geographies with suppliers.
• Experience with contract creation, negotiation and maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Validate requests, scopes of work and ensure business requirements are met.
• Develop and implement sourcing strategy aligned with category strategy and market conditions.
• Lead supplier selection and contract negotiation across multiple regions.
• Manage supplier relationships and contractual performance.
• Generate reports and analyze data to support decision making.
• Lead complex negotiations for multi-region commercial contracts.
• Ensure compliance with BP procurement controls and templates.
