Job summary

BP plc is seeking a senior procurement professional to shape and deliver the global indirect sourcing strategy across categories such as digital, marketing, professional services, logistics, and MRO. You will influence senior stakeholders, drive procurement transformation, and strengthen governance across Castrol's enterprise sourcing.

The role requires 8–10 years of end-to-end sourcing experience and strong negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in any subject
• 8–10 years end-to-end sourcing and contracting experience
• Proficient in English; Hindi language proficiency is a MUST for regional engagement

Responsibilities

• Define and lead global indirect sourcing strategy across multiple categories
• Manage supplier prequalification, tendering, evaluation and award processes
• Operationalize contracts and monitor supplier performance
• Engage with cross-functional teams to deliver value and governance
