Job summary

Qualifications

- Experience with logistics and warehouse management software/processes is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Research target markets, analyze user needs, and define planning/optimization of software architecture.
- Collect and analyze user requirements; prepare PRDs for communication and implementation.
- Propose feature enhancements based on user feedback and market changes.
- Monitor and resolve issues during product development and operation; ensure progress.
- Use data analysis to evaluate product performance and support decisions.
- Prepare technical docs including design/API docs and user manuals.
